Opening of the NH Collection Ibiza
The first NH Collection in the Balearic Island has recently opened its doors! Located in the heart of the city, this five-star hotel with a contemporary design contributes to Ibiza’s iconic landscape. The NH Collection Ibiza offers a premium experience with unique dining at SLVJ Ibiza, Arrogante, and Rhino Bath, three restaurants that reflect the island’s cosmopolitan vibe and offer unique meeting spots for both locals and visitors.
Celebrating 10 Years of NH Collection with 10 Renowned Chefs and 11 Michelin Stars
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the NH Collection brand, a culinary initiative called “Signature Breakfast: Chefs’ Constellation Edition” has been launched. This special breakfast is available in 10 NH Collection hotels across Europe and Latin America until October 2025.
For this occasion, these 10 Chefs draw inspiration from quality local ingredients and a balance of traditional, innovative, and healthy cooking.
