F&B Operational Support Manager (M/F)

What will be your mission?
As an F&B Operational Support Manager (M/F), you will be responsible for managing the steward teams and stock of materials, overseeing the cleaning and organization of the spaces, and complying with internal hygiene and food safety HACCP standards and procedures to ensure a quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do?
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of F&B equipment.
Manage the pantry team. - Ensure that work areas are properly cleaned, tidied, and well organized.
Supervise the adherence to the cleaning schedule in all Outlets, as previously established. - Identify cleaning product needs and ensure their timely supply.
- Be familiar with and enforce all HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor internal audits and external inspections regarding compliance with HACCP standards in the hotel's Outlets.
- Manage the stock of dishes, cutlery, and other materials needed by the Kitchen, Restaurant, and Bar teams, ensuring their proper replenishment and rotation.
- Ensure that waste management and recycling are carried out in the best way.
What are we looking for?
- Secondary Education and/or Vocational Course adapted to the role.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English (fluent in speaking) is mandatory.
- Passion for service and strong customer orientation.
- Professional attitude and neat appearance.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible working hours.
- Mandatory and proven knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
- Experience in managing diverse teams.
