What will be your mission?

 

Anantara Convento di Amalfi is seeking a Reception Hostess to join the Front Office team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What will you do?

 

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Support Front Desk operations, working closely with the Reception and Concierge teams
  • Manage guest flow within the lobby and public areas with discretion and efficiency
  • Ensure the reception area reflects the hotel’s luxury image at all times
  • Assist guests with general information regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Handle guest requests with attention to detail, courtesy, and professionalism

What are we looking for?

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered an advantage
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong team spirit
