Assistant F&B Manager - Full-time - NH Collection Barbizon Palace

As an Assistant F&B Manager (f/m/d) you will support and deputize for the F&B Manager in his areas of activity. You will coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area and thus ensure quality assurance in accordance with the hotel standards.

Together with the Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the Food and Beverage department. This includes coordinating and planning the activities, coaching and motivating the team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards and of course optimizing the financial results. Together with the team, you make sure the guests are well taken care of. As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you are responsible for leading and organizing various events. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the point of contact for compliments and complaints.

• You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
