What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• Managing daily operation of the bar; and that whilst working behind the bar and keeping an eye on how the bar is running;
• Leading pre-shift briefings and de-briefings, training new team members and supporting with the schedule-making;
• Crafting exceptional guest experience through cocktails, spirits, and food pairing; reflecting the concept and striving to add new dimension to these moments
• Working with stock and inventories and making sure the bar is always stocked correctly;
• Working with guest feedback and self-observations you will be channeling these into the perfect service experience for our guests.

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

• At least 2 years of cocktail bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment;
• Some experience with leading team is a must;
• Passion for innovative drink creation;
• You have a proven track of putting team before you; there is no space for egos here;
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting;
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest;
•  You are already settled in the Netherlands.
