Your role in the journey
As a Bellman, you are the hotel’s ambassador at the entrance. You create a warm welcome
and assist guests with ease and elegance. Your responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assisting with luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms.
- Opening doors and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Supporting valet parking services and coordinating transportation requests.
- Assisting with taxi arrangements and guest inquiries.
- Ensuring the hotel entrance, lobby and surrounding areas remain welcoming and presentable.
What you’ll bring
- A valid driving license.
- A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work day, evening and night shifts.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Previous hotel experience is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
