Your role in the journey

As Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be the face of our morning service. You’ll welcome guests with a smile, prepare the mise-en-place, and ensure the Wintergarden is always pristine — whether for breakfast or special events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting the breakfast buffet according to Anantara standards.
• Welcoming guests and creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
• Keeping the Wintergarden clean and organized.
• Supporting lunch service, events or room service when needed.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Motivation to ensure every guest starts their day well.
• A friendly, open attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm in busy situations and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
