Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection  

As Chef de Rang, you are the face of the service in our restaurant. With your eye for detail, proactive attitude, and guest-oriented approach, you ensure that guests feel welcome and enjoy a culinary experience at the highest level. You enthusiastically share your knowledge of dishes and wines, guide guests throughout their dining experience, and contribute to the refined yet relaxed atmosphere that Restaurant Vermeer is known for. This position focuses on service and does not involve kitchen responsibilities.

Excellence begins with you – Your qualities     

• Experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar high-level dining role is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of service and a passion for gastronomy; this is not a kitchen-based role.
• Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus).
• A representative, social, and positive personality.
• You are eager to learn, a team player, and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
