Your Role at a Glance
- Prepare and cook dishes for à la carte service, buffets, events, and banquets
- Work independently on mise en place and recipes
- Take pride in quality, taste, and presentation
- Help create new dishes with your own ideas and creativity
- Manage orders, stock, and daily planning
- Maintaining HACCP standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver top‑level guest experiences
