As a Cook, you bring the NH dining experience to life. You run your workstation with confidence, creativity, and responsibility while contributing to a kitchen that values consistency, flavor, and presentation.

Your Role at a Glance 

  • Prepare and cook dishes for à la carte service, buffets, events, and banquets
  • Work independently on mise en place and recipes
  • Take pride in quality, taste, and presentation
  • Help create new dishes with your own ideas and creativity
  • Manage orders, stock, and daily planning
  • Maintaining HACCP standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver top‑level guest experiences
