As a Demi Chef de Partie (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte business.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
Quality and consistency are two important elements in the kitchen team. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience in the field of Food & Beverage. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy. As a Demi Chef de Partie you report directly to the Chef de Partie/(Sous) Chef.
