Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays  

 
As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will gain valuable leadership and operational experience within a luxury hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will learn how to oversee multiple outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. During your internship, you will:
  • Support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
  • Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to staff guidance, training, and motivation on the floor.
  • Support the planning, organisation, and administration of various Food & Beverage operations.
  • Assist with projects and operational initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Gain exposure to cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
  • Help handle guest feedback and service recovery while maintaining our high service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop a strong understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.

  • You communicate confidently and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
