As a Front Office Manager (f/m/d), you lead the Front Office team with full professional and disciplinary responsibility, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and consistent service standards.

With your charismatic presence, you inspire your team to create unforgettable moments reflecting the spirit of Live in the Moment. You lead the Front Office team where perfect service is your starting point. You are also the point of contact for guest-related matters, concierge duties, and all administrative matters. You are the driving force in stimulating, motivating. and coaching the Front Office Team. You monitor the Quality Standards and Upselling results, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel.

  • Together with your team, you will make sure every guest has a fantastic stay in our hotel; 

  • You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage. You know your way with figures. You have an open personality, have an eye for detail and you do not back away for a challenge (or two).
