Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays  

 
As a Guest Relations Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every stay is memorable from arrival to departure. Working closely with guests, colleagues, and various departments, you will help create personalized experiences while gaining valuable exposure to luxury hospitality operations. During your internship, you will:
 
  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, with special attention to VIP guests and special occasions.
  • Build meaningful relationships with guests and anticipate opportunities to personalize their experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact between guests and departments, ensuring requests are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Share your knowledge of the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct hotel tours for potential guests, partners, and event organisers.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and support service recovery efforts.
  • Contribute creative ideas and identify opportunities to further elevate the guest experience.
