nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.  

For this iconic social hub, we are looking an enthusiastic and proactive Storekeeper who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating nhow experiences by ensuring that the products the guests ask for are always on stock! Our store is based in the souterrain and it is the backbone of all the food and beverage outlets. There are 2 colleagues working in the store (one of them is you) and the store is open 7 days a week.  

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable? 

• Unloading all the incoming products;

• Responsible for checking delivery stock;  

• Responsible for checking monthly stock takes;  

• Ensure the stock ends up at the right place in the hotel;  

• Responsible for the packaging and deposit;

• Responsible for waste management;

• You maintain contact with suppliers;  

• Controlling the HACCP standards in the storeroom, freezer and fridges;

• Requesting credit notes;

• You will occasionally assist the F&B department.

• You have relevant working experience (hotel/ store/ food & beverage); 

• You are able to effectively communicate with different departments; 

• You enjoy working with colleagues from different cultures; 

• You are able to work under pressure; 

• You can work well with numbers and are able to read Excel reports; 

• Hands on, energetic, independent and a real team player; 

• You are fluent in English and can read Dutch; 

• You are available on weekends (2x per month).
