Your Role at a Glance

 

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will help create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality and thoughtful service. Working across our Food & Beverage outlets, you will gain hands-on experience in an international hotel environment while developing your service, communication, and guest relations skills. During your internship, you will:
 
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel genuinely valued.
  • Support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and events.
  • Prepare restaurant and meeting spaces, ensuring every detail is ready for our guests.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages while creating memorable moments throughout their stay.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, premium service standards, and guest relations.
  • Share creative ideas and identify opportunities to make every experience even more memorable.
