Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

 
As a Front Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands-on experience in a premium, international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:
 
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Handle check-in and check-out independently after completing your training.
  • Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support daily Front Office administration.
  • Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
  • Develop valuable skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Help create an atmosphere in which every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.

  • You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
  • You have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • You are positive, approachable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You feel confident interacting with international guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; additionally language skills are a plus.
  • You are flexible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn.
  • You are committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
