As a Front Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating genuine connections and helping every guest feel welcome, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

 
From the first warm welcome to the final farewell, you will help make every stay feel personal while developing your skills in a dynamic, international environment. During your internship, you will:
 
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures independently after your training period.
  • Handle reservations, guest requests, and administrative Front Office tasks.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and local insights to international travellers.
  • Develop skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Contribute to an atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely cared for.

  • You have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • You have excellent spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
