As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern, you will discover how attention to detail, thoughtful teamwork, and high-quality standards come together to create the distinctive guest experience of NH Collection.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

 

  • Support the daily operations and quality checks of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist the Housekeeping team in delivering consistently high standards.
  • Help ensure that guest rooms and public areas are beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared.
  • Connect with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless experience.
  • Support stock management and the smooth organisation of daily activities.
  • Learn how NH Collection’s quality standards are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Share ideas and identify opportunities to enhance both daily operations and the guest experience.
