Your Role at a Glance  

 

During your internship, you will be assisting the F&B Director from the Northern Europe Business Unit. The F&B Director is responsible for several aspects regarding the F&B departments in the hotels. Such as: creating and implementing new projects in the hotels, maintaining and observing the quality scores, communication between the hotels and the Headquarters and improving the procedures, manuals and scores. You will assist the director during meetings and hotel visits, you will have to plan meetings, gathering the necessary information or attend a meeting or visit to represent the F&B Director.   

 

What Makes You a Great Fit    

 

  • You are available to start in September 2026 for at least 6 months. 
  • You are performing best when working on different projects. 

  • You have affinity with numbers, and you are an independent person with a hands-on mentality. 

  • You have a good command of the English language. 

  • As you have to travel a lot for this function, you should be flexible in your working hours. 

  • An education and passion for the hospitality industry is required.
