Management Internship - Rooms Division - Minor Hotels - Business Unit Northern Europe

During your internship, you will play an active role in supporting both the Housekeeping and Front Office departments. You will work closely with our Director of Rooms to drive operational improvements across our hotels. Your role includes traveling throughout Northern Europe to provide support, deliver training, and assist with hotel openings and rebranding projects.

Your Role at a Glance 

• Creating and implementing new projects in the hotels

• Maintaining and observing the quality scores

• Communicate between the hotels and central services

• Improving the procedures and manuals

• Organizing our yearly meeting in our Business unit for Housekeeping and Front office

• Supporting and training Housekeeping Managers onside in the hotels

What Makes You a Great Fit    

• You are a college student looking for an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in February/March 2026

• You are analytical, a strong communicator, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus) 

• You are ready to dive into a dynamic international role where no two days are the same
