Your role in the journey
As Meeting & Events Organizing Trainee, you’ll be the key link between our confirmed groups and the operational team. You’ll ensure every detail is in place — from planning and communication to financial follow-up — and help create smooth, successful events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating group reservations and event logistics
- Acting as the main contact for confirmed groups
- Conducting site inspections and preparing quotations
- Supporting the operational team with clear event briefings
- Developing your up- and cross-selling skills
- Ensuring all guest wishes are translated into flawless execution
What you’ll bring
- Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- An eye for detail and ability to perform under pressure
- Commercial insight and customer focus
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
