Selva - "Another name for the Amazon, the lungs of the earth"

Inspired by tropical and Latin American cuisine and co-created by nhow Amsterdam, Selva is an award-winning rooftop restaurant at the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel, overlooking the city of Amsterdam. Together with your team, the culinary creations, complemented by the amazing views, you will create the nhow experiences that our guests are hoping for.

What are you going to do?

As a Selva Restaurant Intern, you will learn all about running a successful and award-winning restaurant, from creating the correct service culture, learning about wines and cocktails, working with story-telling, learning about new types of dishes and ingredients, and much more. As this is an operational internship, you will be working hands-on in the service and along the team. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.

What's in it for us?

• Studying MBO/HBO school in relevant field and the internship is required by your school;
• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a must;

• You are living close to our location as you will be finishing between 23.30 - 00.30
• Available for at least 4 months.
