• College diploma/degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage Management.
• A strong commercial and business sense.
• Leadership skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Strong focus on operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

• Plan and schedule team shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, supervise, and coach team members.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Sales regarding F&B-related bookings.
• Manage inventory and materials for the F&B department.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality and brand standards.
• Communicate clearly across departments and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
