Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel rooms, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Organize legal inspections and implement all required safety and compliance protocols.

• Oversee external contractors, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and control energy consumption and maintenance budgets.

• Draft and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Foster a positive and efficient maintenance team environment.

• Liaise with local authorities and safety organizations (e.g., fire department).

• Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Excellence begins with you – Your qualities

• 3–4 years of experience in a maintenance or technical position, preferably in hospitality or similar industries.

• Vocational training in electrical, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related fields.

• Fluency in Dutch is required; English is a strong asset.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Good command of MS Office, SAP, BMS, and CMMS/GMAO software.

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

• Able to work independently and as a team leader.

• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
