Your Role at a Glance

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms and other guest areas.
• Ensure public spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and clean surfaces according to hotel standards.
• Regularly check and clean public restrooms and replenish amenities when needed.
• Support the Housekeeping team when required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages or lost property to your supervisor.
• Handle cleaning products, materials and equipment correctly and safely.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Respond politely and professionally when interacting with guests.
• Help create a positive first impression and an excellent overall guest experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage, but not essential.
