As an F&B Allround you will be responsible for taking orders and delivering food and beverages to our customers providing an excellent overall guest experience.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
- Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Maintain direct and frequent contact with guests, especially during key moments of their stay such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, and meetings (banqueting, coffee breaks, etc.).
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of frequent guests, paying attention to their preferences.
- Be aware of and actively promote the different products and services available at the hotel’s restaurant.
- Review daily specials and menu changes with the F&B team.
- Handle restaurant reservations.
- Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Carry out the set-up and cleaning of restaurant tables and meeting rooms as required.
- Follow processes and procedures related to product set-ups, quality, and service according to brand standards.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash and processing cards.
- Identify opportunities to increase F&B revenue through upselling.
- Ensure all F&B outlets are clean, neat, tidy, and ready to receive guests.
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and customer service guidelines.
- Receive deliveries and verify that items correspond to orders in terms of quantity and condition.
- Ensure all delivered goods meet quality standards before acceptance.
- Store all products correctly and promptly in designated storage areas (e.g., dry storage, refrigeration, freezer), following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Respect stock rotation principles (FIFO) when placing goods in storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas at all times.

- Previous experience developing similar functions in other hotel chains, or related industries will be highly valuable.
- Vocational training on hospitality/F&B.
- Fluency in French and High level of English.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, POS, etc).
- Customer service focus.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Focus on detail.
- Sales oriented.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
