What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?
- Carry out the daily briefing with the team on your shift;
- Prepares work instructions for the functional area, making changes and adaptations as necessary;
- Controls the presentation/uniform of the team on your shift;
- Ensures the completion of shift changes in the Front-Office, Back-Office and Lobby;
- Controls the presentation of the Front-Office, Back-Office, Lobby and Hotel;
- Plans, organizes and coordinates the human and material needs of the Front-Office;
- Participates in the organization and planning of special orders or events
What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?
- Professional experience in similar roles.
- Time flexibility
- Fluent in English & French.
- High School Diploma or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel's destination
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.- Genuine smile
