What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

 

  • Carry out the daily briefing with the team on your shift;
  • Prepares work instructions for the functional area, making changes and adaptations as necessary;
  • Controls the presentation/uniform of the team on your shift;
  • Ensures the completion of shift changes in the Front-Office, Back-Office and Lobby;
  • Controls the presentation of the Front-Office, Back-Office, Lobby and Hotel;
  • Plans, organizes and coordinates the human and material needs of the Front-Office;
  • Participates in the organization and planning of special orders or events

  • Professional experience in similar roles.
  • Time flexibility
  • Fluent in English & French.
  • High School Diploma or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
  • Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel's destination
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.- Genuine smile
