Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure.
- Independently handle check-ins and check-outs, including all necessary administrative procedures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with guests, answering questions and offering helpful information.
- Provide guests with recommendations and details about the local area, attractions, and services.
- Learn and apply upselling techniques to promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Assist in handling guest complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming for quick resolution.
- Create a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a friendly work environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately within the hotel.
- Respond to guest emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Coordinate with the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest service and room readiness.
