What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. 

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure.
  • Independently handle check-ins and check-outs, including all necessary administrative procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with guests, answering questions and offering helpful information.
  • Provide guests with recommendations and details about the local area, attractions, and services.
  • Learn and apply upselling techniques to promote hotel services and upgrades.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming for quick resolution.
  • Create a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a friendly work environment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately within the hotel.
  • Respond to guest emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
  • Coordinate with the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest service and room readiness.
