What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?
As a Housekeeping Management Intern, you play an essential role in ensuring that the hotel delivers the high quality and cleanliness standards that guests expect. You support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily operations, coordinating the team, and ensuring that rooms and public areas are always presented at their best. You are one of the key behind‑the‑scenes ambassadors of nhow Brussels, contributing directly to guest satisfaction through operational excellence and attention to detail.
Together with the Housekeeping team, you assist with planning, communication, and quality control. You help monitor productivity, support smooth cooperation with other departments, and contribute to a motivating and positive working environment. With your strong organizational skills and eye for detail, you help ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and memorable stay.
Associated tasks include:
• Assisting with the daily planning and distribution of tasks among room attendants and public area cleaners.
• Supporting room inspections to guarantee cleanliness, maintenance standards, and readiness before guest arrival.
• Assisting with managing inventories of linen, amenities, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Ensuring that guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements are correctly communicated and prepared.
• Helping coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, early arrivals, late check-outs, and special cases.
• Supporting in reporting and following up on maintenance issues or repairs with the technical team.
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes and service quality, and suggesting solutions.
• Helping prepare schedules, supervising team performance, and assisting in training new housekeeping staff.
• Contributing to a smooth working atmosphere and strong internal communication within the team and across departments.
In this position, you play a vital role in upholding the standards and reputation of nhow Brussels, while gaining valuable operational and managerial experience in hotel housekeeping management.
