What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?
As a Guest Relations Intern, you play a key role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience for all our guests. You are one of the warmest and most visible representatives of the hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Together with the Guest Relations Team, you support the smooth coordination of guest requests, personalized services, and the communication of all relevant information to the different departments in the hotel. A crucial part of your role is enhancing guest satisfaction and contributing to positive reviews and repeat visits. With your excellent communication skills and natural sense of hospitality, you help ensure that guests leave nhow Brussels with a smile—and look forward to returning.
Associated tasks include:
• Welcoming guests upon arrival and offering personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Supporting the handling and follow-up of special requests, VIP arrivals, and amenities.
• Assisting with preparing welcome notes, rooming lists, and guest profiles in the system.
• Conducting hotel tours and providing guests with information about facilities, services, and the local area.
• Ensuring that all guest preferences and feedback are clearly communicated to the relevant departments.
• Helping resolve guest issues or complaints by finding quick, effective, and guest‑oriented solutions, always in consultation with your supervisor.
• Maintaining guest records and ensuring all information is accurately entered into the system.
• Supporting the coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
