Your Role at a Glance
At the office of NH Hotel Group in Brussels we offer a placement of min. 6 months at the Central Sales Office Belgium.
The NH sales department is structured in that way that the team promotes and sells the whole hotel chain at their local markets.
In Belgium, the sales team is responsible for selling all NH hotels worldwide to clients based in Belgium.
Start Date as from Jan & for minimum 5 months.
Most important tasks
- Supporting the sales department with the day-to-day tasks ( Corporate, MICE & airlines teams)
- Performing research on potential target markets
- Participating to “call projects” to accounts with the team
- Assisting in organizing educational tours (fam. trips) + client events
- Organizing and executing mailings - when necessary
- Adjusting and implementing data in the CRM database
- Support in reporting & data analysis
- Managing a small portfolio of mixed clients

Required Profile – Main Competences & skills
- Good organizing skills, reaching deadlines
- Fluent in English & knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
