What will you do?
As Front Office Trainee, you will get hands-on insight into the department's daily operations and your main tasks/responsibilities will be the following:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out.
- Learning and applying Anantara’s service standards.
- Handling payments and billing with care.
- Managing guest complaints and finding solutions.
- Exploring different Front Office roles: reception, guest relations, concierge, and call center.
- Supporting the Front Office Manager and Supervisors.
- Completing daily administrative tasks.
- Understanding the ‘Guest Experience Journey’ and how to create memorable stays.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent English, other language is a plus.
- Hungarian language is a big advantage.
- Enthusiasm and motivation.
- Proactive, dedicated and hard working personality.
- Eager to learn and develop.
- Good communication and organization skills.
