What will be your mission?
Ensure the financial and operational health of the hotels through the analysis of critical data, continuous monitoring of key indicators, and the identification of improvement opportunities. Drive revenue optimization, cost control, and loss prevention to maximize EBITDA.
What will you do?
• Analyze Business Intelligence reports (Golden Eye, Quest and others) related to revenue, expenses, and operational processes that impact the P&L.
• Continuously track the achievement of objectives in critical indicators that affect EBITDA, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
• Guide hotels through key processes (internal controls, cash returns, front office and F&B cash counts, room reconciliation, EoD signatures, and P&L analysis), ensuring full compliance with procedures.
• Deliver training sessions on best practices to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure data integrity.
• Detect duplications and optimize commission provisions.
• Maximize upselling revenue.
• Ensure recovery of uncollected amounts from Expedia virtual cards.
• Perform credit and billing controls to prevent working capital losses.
• GRNI: Conduct monthly oversight of pending invoice balances in MM.
• Cancellations and No‑Shows: Minimize EBITDA impact and maximize revenue recovery.
• Perform inventory count controls, including analysis of positive variances and inventory efficiency.
What are we looking for?
PREFERRED SKILSS:
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Systemic thinking and broad business perspective.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced proficiency in the TMS system.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English level B2.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as FOM.
- Knowledge and management of hotel P&L (preferred).
- High school diploma completed.
- Hospitality‑related studies will be considered a plus.
Terms & Conditions
The selected candidate may be based in any of the countries within our Business Unit, without the need to relocate. However, the position requires willingness to travel.
This position will report to the Quest For Excellence & Operations Control Director.
