IT Support Analyst - Central Services - Buenos Aires, Argentina

What will be your mission?

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and timely support to users in the region, attending to incidents and first-level IT requirements. Ensure compliance with corporate standards of technology and computer security, guaranteeing operational continuity, information protection and the correct management of the hotel's infrastructure, networks and systems.

What will you do?

  • Resolve incidents and user requirements, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Manage user ABM.
  • Perform troubleshooting of networks, servers and devices.
  • Maintain updates, antivirus, and patches.
  • Manage backups, NAS, and Windows servers.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with security regulations and corporate policies.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • First level support expertise: hardware, software, ABM, and incident resolution.
  • Experience in infrastructure, networks, structured cabling, topologies and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Windows Server 2012/2016 administration, NAS and backup management.
  • Management of Wireless, Access Points, IP PBX and CCTV networks.
  • Technical knowledge of English (reading and documentation).
  • Having completed or ongoing studies in Computer Engineering, Systems or related careers will be valued.
  • Vocation for service and high user orientation.
  • Availability for passive guards.
  • Solid knowledge in infrastructure, computer security and systems administration.
  • Management of ticketing tools.

 

The following will be a plus:

  • Experience in Hospitality & Tourism.
  • Management of PMS (Opera, SAP, Micros).
  • Technology courses or certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL).
