BUAM Regional Accounts Receivable Analyst - Central Services, Argentina

What will be your mission?
As a Regional Accounts Receivable Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, managing and reconciling the portfolio of accounts receivable of clients in the region and the management of BUAM's transitory accounting accounts (Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay and Argentina), ensuring the correct application of financial policies and the effective relationship with internal and external clients.
What will you do?
- Reconciliation and Application of the Transitory Account (dependent on AR) in each country, ensuring correct accounting allocation and regulatory compliance.
- Control and application in conjunction with Front Managers of the accounts managed in DWP (43010200 / 43010300) in all assigned countries.
- Management of strategic clients BUAM, BCD Travel and Corporate Travel Services Worldwide, maintaining active communication and resolving incidents.
- Regional collection management: monitoring overdue invoices, sending reminders and negotiating payment agreements.
- Regulatory compliance and regional policies in collection and reconciliation processes.
- Consolidated regional analysis and reporting for financial management, identifying risks and proposing optimization strategies.
What are we looking for?

Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Tourism and Hospitality, or related fields.

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), account reconciliation, and collections management.

Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of other ERPs will be considered an asset.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

Advanced English is mandatory. Other languages will be considered a plus.

Experience in regional or multinational environments, preferably in Latin America.

Experience managing strategic corporate clients and negotiating payment agreements.

Strong knowledge of general accounting and local/regional regulations.

Knowledge of reconciliation of clearing accounts.

Desirable knowledge of reporting automation tools.
