Regional Accounts Receivable Executive - Central Services, Argentina

What will be your mission?

As Regional Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration and recovery of the hotels’ portfolio, safeguarding liquidity and ensuring compliance with established financial policies. You will supervise and control temporary accounting accounts, ensuring their timely reconciliation and accuracy, in order to maintain the integrity of accounting information and contribute to the organization’s financial and operational stability.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and control accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective collection actions with internal and external clients.
  • Analyze aging reports and propose strategies to reduce delinquency.
  • Reconcile temporary accounts periodically to ensure their clearance and proper application.
  • Identify and correct accounting discrepancies in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Generate reports on the status of temporary accounts and propose process improvements.
  • Coordinate with hotel billing areas (Front Office) and the SSC to ensure the correct allocation of revenues and payments.
  • Attend internal requests related to receivables and temporary accounts.

What are we looking for?

  • Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Tourism and Hospitality, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), account reconciliation, and collections management.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAP (mandatory). Knowledge of other ERPs will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Advanced English is mandatory. Other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments, preferably in Latin America.
  • Experience managing strategic corporate clients and negotiating payment agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting and local/regional regulations.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation of clearing accounts.
  • Desirable knowledge of reporting automation tools.
