We are currently looking for a full‑time Independent Cook with experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. You have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus), can keep an overview during busy service, and enjoy working in a professional and supportive team.

Your Role at a Glance
As an Independent Chef, you are responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes and managing your own workstation within the kitchen.
- Preparing and cooking dishes for à la carte service, buffets, and events
- Carrying out mise en place and recipes independently
- Ensuring the quality, presentation, and taste of every dish
- Ordering and managing kitchen supplies and stock
- Maintaining hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
- Working closely with kitchen and service colleagues to provide guests with a top‑quality dining experience
