What will be your mission?
We are looking for an experienced and service‑minded Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the evening operations in our main restaurant and our exclusive ROOF Restaurant Lounge & Bar. This is a key leadership role in a dynamic 5‑star hospitality environment.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of approximately 25 employees, including supervisors, shift leaders and waitstaff. Together with your leadership colleagues, you will ensure that the entire operation delivers exceptional, five‑star guest experiences every single day.
You thrive as part of the daily operation and see rota planning, shift scheduling and administrative tasks as a natural part of your role. You constantly strive to improve systems, service and team performance, and you take pride in ensuring that things run smoothly — even when the pace is high.
You understand that people are our most important resource, and you know how essential staff wellbeing and teamwork are to creating outstanding guest experiences. Collaboration is key, and you work proactively, supportively and visibly alongside your team.
We imagine that you bring at least five years of experience in restaurant or hotel management, ideally from high‑end or large‑scale operations. You are structured, operationally strong and confident in taking responsibility for a complex evening operation.

What will you do?
- Plan, schedule, and organize the working hours of the team to ensure adequate coverage of the staff against the occupation.
- Train, supervise, and provide feedback to team members on their performance.
- Work in an integrated manner with the front office and sales team in the allocation of bookings that relate to the F&B area.
- Oversee the inventory and materials control of the F&B department.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring processes and procedures related to quality and service; to comply with the F&B standards.

- Communicate the information received by the different departments related to the area, thus fulfilling the assigned tasks.
