What will be your mission?

We are looking for a seasonal partime Bartender for our ROOFTOP BAR, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar service, customer service, beverage preparation and will act as a restaurant/bar ambassador in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. The position is from May to the end of September. Weekly hours is 20 and working hours is between 14.00-24.00 PM. 

What will you do?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Bartender in cocktails
• Strong knowledge of mixology including classic and creative cocktails, garnishes, and drink presentation
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively recommend and sell wines, cocktails and food items from the Rooftop menu
• A team player with a positive attitude for collaboration
• Enthusiastic about learning new cocktails and developing skills to enhance performance
• Accountability in maintain inventory

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in spoken language).
