What will be your mission?

NH Collection Copenhagen – Banqueting Host/ Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented part-time Banqueting Host/ Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our conference guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their event experience.

This position combines guest-facing hospitality with light technical support and occasional assistance in the breakfast area.

Starting date: as soon as possible.

What will you do?

As a team member, you will be responsible for creating extra ordinary experiences for our guests. You will play a key role across all aspects, including:

• Welcoming and assisting Conference guests
• Orienting the conference guest to their meeting room, confirm their break time, read through the function sheet and reconfirm all the details while coordinating with relevant departments
• Preparing and maintaining conference rooms
• Providing basic technical assistance
• Communicating efficiently with colleagues to ensure smooth event operations
• Supporting breakfast service when needed

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English, Danish is a plus
• Can handle difficult situation and take decision
• Basic technical confidence (training will be provided)
• A team player with a positive attitude for collaboration
• Flexible to support both conference operations and breakfast service when needed
