Shift leader ROOF Bar & Lounge - Seasonal Full time - NH Collection Copenhagen

What will you do ?

As a Shift leader at ROOF – Bar & Lounge team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including oversee all Bar operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly.  

What are we looking for?

An experienced shift leader for the upcomining ROOF season.The position is full-time from May to September. The right candidates has : 

• Minimum 2 years of significant experience in a similar position within bar/restaurant environment is essential
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English, Danish is a plus
• A very good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits
• Strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring seamless operations
• A knowledge of POS system (handling payments)
• Organizing shift schedule and conduct daily staff meeting
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts
• Supervising and training employees, assisting with tasks as necessary
• A very good knowledge of ReviewPro and online booking system for restaurants
• Shift briefing and reporting 
• Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
