Department P&C specific:

  • Ensures all eployee data is recorded accurately in SAP and 100% compliance in local HRIS Alkimii
  • Deal with employee queries, requests, and feedback when P&C Administrator not available.
  • Ensure all vacancies are posted in a timely manner and managers have access to relevant positions. Pass relevant CVS to HODs for interivew.
  • Leads the recruitment efforts with theHOD's while following the Irish Employment Law.
  • Collate all required policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook from new hires and ensures their employee file are recorded in accordance with GDPR.
  • Is responsible for the management of Time and Attendance System and proactively communicate tPayroll / Accounting department and discrepancies with time and attendance, pay rates, etc.
  • Is a strong support for the HODs in all aspects of Human Resources, and specifically in administration / recruitment / payroll and counselling.
  • Ensures that all team members comply with the employee handbook.
  • Ensures employee performance is monitored in the probationary period and follows up with HOD if standards are not being met.
  • Minute taker and carries out investigation meetings on behalf of the hotel when required.
  • Develops and coordinates the monthly Employee Events calendar.
  • Facilitates onboarding and any mandatory compliance trainings.
  • Assists the team with any additional tasks or projects from time to time.
  • Ensures employee files are always maintained and up to date.
  • Ensures legislative leave/sick leave is tracked and adhered to.
  • Monitors and updates the work permits and ensures all employees always have the proper work authorization.
  • Coordinates and attends employees’ meetings whenever required.
  • Ensures that all team members are rostered in accordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act.
  • Ensures that all team members adhere to the hotel’s grooming procedures.
  • Has a full understanding of Fire and Emergency procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated and reported in accordance with the hotel’s accident/ incident reporting procedure.
  • Supports the hotel’s Environmental policy by complying with waste management and monitory energy efficiency.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • As a member of LHW (Leading Hotels of the World), you are responsible for maintaining the standards as set by LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and applying the Anantara Brand.
  • To ensure the highest hotel standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests.
  • Ensure that the Hotel’s Vision & Mission statement is clearly communicated to the team.
  • Ensures areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained.
  • Ensures that all new initiatives are implemented in the agreed time frame.
  • Ensures that personal objectives are set and achieved on a yearly basis.
  • To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments immediately and follows up whenever needed.
  • To always represents the Hotel and the People & Culture department internally and externally in all interactions whether with employees, prospects, guests, or vendors.
  • To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
  • To always comply with all the policies and procedures of the hotel.
  • To ensure areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained.
  • To assist the team with any additional tasks or projects from time to time.
  • To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.
  • Has a high sense of confidentiality and ethics and seek guidance if unsure what information to share.

 

 

Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time

Fully knowledgeable and complaint with the leading Hotels of the World LQA program.

Minimum of one year HR experience in Ireland and preferrably in hospitality

Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued

Prior knowledge or experience working with SAP would be very helpfull.
