At Anantara the Marker Dublin hotel we are looking for an experienced Head Concierge to lead and manage the concierge team, including hiring, training, and supervising all team members, to ensure a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
You will coordinate guest requests and inquiries, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, and special event planning, providing personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
You will work with the hotel’s designated suppliers in line with, the hotel agreed SOP’s and procedures
You will ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests through LQA standards.
You will ensure guest feedback is acted upon in a timely manner ensuring the relevant people are informed and that all necessary action is taken to prevent reoccurrences;
This is a flexible work schedule over 7 days and shifts necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests
You will consistently deliver an outstanding luxury concierge experience to all guests;
You will work with and support the guest services team to deliver LQA standards;
You will have great organisation and English communication skills;
You will be the key point of contact for guests for enquires and leisure bookings such as restaurants and tours, and provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services and activities in and outside of the property;
You will communicate any special request from guests to the respective department and note guest reservations on PMS, and coordinate with respective departments and ensure special requests from guests are met;
You will offer all guests assistance with Valet Parking and provide luggage assistance;
You will provide support to the reception team by answering telephones and light reception duties such as check-in and check-out when required;
You will work and support the Front of House Management team to complete all guest-related tasks and respond to guest queries; and communicate with all departments about any special activities and events taking place in the city;.
You will also provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.
