It is conveniently close to the IFSC and the Convention Centre Dublin.

Part of the regenerated Docklands that exemplify the city’s cosmopolitan future, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure guests. The area is home to tech and finance giants, chic restaurants and world-class theatres.

 

Based in Dublin’s vibrant Docklands, this role works from 10.30pm to 7am and suitable for someone who already has front office receptionist / SAP experience and a passion for luxury hospitality 

Must speak fluent English 

Must currently have the right to work Full time in ireland.

Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.

 

 

Specific Night Audit Duties

  • To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance) and ensure that the Night Porter checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift
  • To be fully conversant with the fire procedures for the whole hotel including assistance in the fire evacuation as directed by the night manager.
  • To be fully aware of any menu and property updates
  • To take any requests or room service orders during the night
  • Organise onward transportation for the guests and to carry guest’s luggage to and from bedrooms
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
  • To perform check in and check out as per LQA and Anantara brand standards
  • TO carry our cashiering duties as per the cash handling policies
  • To process guest charges correctly as per cashiering policies
  • To process credit care transactions and reconcile the credit card reports
  • Assign room allocations and room type balancing
  • To create guest reservations in SAP
  • Reconcile and post charges
  • Run Night Audit

To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
