This is a superb opportunity to join the hotel team of Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel Front Office Department as a Guest Services Assistant / Porter.

Specific Duties:
- To carry out all duties in line with the departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance) and ensure that the Guest Services Assistant checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift;
- To carry out cleaning duties;
- To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of new products and new procedures;
- Organise onward transportation for the guests and carry guests' luggage to and from bedrooms;
- To valet park guests' cars;
- To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently;
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time.
- Full Drive License is required for that position.
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior luxury Hotel experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
