It is conveniently close to the IFSC and the Convention Centre Dublin.

 We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team

 

Duties will include

 

  • To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance).  
  • Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • To perform check in and check out as per LQA and Anantara Brand Standards.
  • To carry out cashiering duties as per the cash handling policies.
  • To process guest charges correctly as per the cashiering policy.
  • To process credit card transactions and reconcile the credit cards as per cashiering policy.
  • To redeem and load gift cards as per hotel policy.
  • Room allocations, room type balancing.
  • Answer phone calls as per LQA standards.
  • To create guest reservations on the PMS.
  • To be fully aware of any menu updates, hotel promotions, corporate promotions or special
  • To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of products.
  • To carry out cleaning as required.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.

 

Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time

Prior hotel reception / front office experience in a luxury environment

Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
