F&B Breakfast Employee - On-call - NH Collection Eindhoven Centre

As an F&B Employee (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the restaurant and banqueting. You enjoy your role as an authentic host and you feel comfortable in engaging with our national and international guests.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection


05:30 You arrive at the restaurant to start with the set-up of the breakfast buffet. 
06:00 Start with the set up of coffee machines, preparing restaurant for service and doing the mise en place.
07:00 Last check that everything is clear and ready and the restaurant can open its doors. From this moment, you may also be helping guests ordering room service.
09:00 The peak of the service is starting, and you are busy with clearing and re-setting tables, refilling coffee/ tea stations, serving room service, and chatting with guests. 
11:00 This is the time breakfast closes and you start with breaking down the restaurant and you will have a break with the team 
12:30 You clear up the restaurant and prepare for the lunch. All is to be refilled, clean, and ready to go.
14:30 You enjoy your last coffee/ tea and wait for your team to leave home together.

  • Your goal is to give every guest an “Extraordinary” experience;
  • You are always one step ahead, and you love to exceed the guests' expectations. No is not an option for you;
  • You enjoy creating memorable gastronomic moments. Experience as waiter in a restaurant or in the upscale hospitality industry and a relevant education are useful, but not the most important for us;
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch is an advantage;
  • You love to share your passion and knowledge for food and beverage with guests and colleagues.
