F&B Supervisor - Full-time - NH Collection Eindhoven Centre

As F&B Supervisor (f/m/d) you will support and represent the F&B Manager in his/her areas of activity. You coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area and thus ensure quality assurance in accordance with Minor Hotels' standards.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection  

 

Whether you start your day early or lead the team into the evening, you begin your shift by connecting with your colleagues and catching up on the key priorities. You review what’s ahead, align with the Food & Beverage Manager, and ensure everyone is set for a smooth and successful service. You move through the outlets with an eye for detail, checking that preparations are on track and supporting the team wherever needed. You help create an atmosphere where everything is ready whether the hotel is waking up to a busy breakfast or gearing up for an elegant dinner service.

 

Throughout the shift, you remain the calm, confident presence the team relies on. You assist with meeting and event setups when required, coordinate seamlessly with other departments, and jump in to help deliver memorable guest experiences during peak moments. As the service winds down, you guide the team through the closing tasks or morning reset and make sure everything is set perfectly for the next part of the day. You finish by sharing a moment of appreciation with your colleagues, celebrating another successful shift together.
