Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection   

You lead the Front Office team where perfect service is your starting point. You are also the point of contact for guest-related matters, concierge duties, and all administrative matters. You are the driving force in stimulating, motivating. and coaching the Front Office Team. You monitor the Quality Standards and Upselling results, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel. 

• Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The ‘always a pleasure’ mentality is second nature for you, and you are happy go the extra mile for our guests; 

• You are a ‘Natural Host’ and have some years’ experience as (Assistant) Front Office Manager; 

• You are an energetic person, you are a coach to your team and you are able to motivate them to go the extra mile for the guests; 

• Together with your team, you will make sure every guest has a fantastic stay in our hotel; 

• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage. You know your way with figures. You have an open personality, have an eye for detail and you do not back away for a challenge (or two).
